Most are members of the Central Daylily Club, but not all. Putting together a regional meeting requires a lot of hands, and we are a small club. If you are interesting in assisting the region to make this an even more successful meeting, then we can provide you with volunteer opportunities. The list below may give you an idea of how you can contribute. Please contact Rebecca if you are interested in helping. Region 15 seedlings and guest plants are also under Greg's supervision. Becky Hinshaw (purple) Jack and Nancy Bilson (red) Debbie and Bobby Haskins (yellow) We also need a volunteer to drive the proposed bus routes to make corrections to the directions and estimated itineraries. Herman Pruitt Printed Meeting Program Guide - Ken Cobb The program should contain the following. It should be smaller and briefer than for the national. Welcome messages from CDC and Region 15 (Linda Inabinette) List and descriptions of regional awards to be voted on during tour. Description of tour gardens (1 page each) List of open gardens with directions (1/3 page each) Blank pages for notes anything else? Garden Helpers Tour garden owners will appreciate help on Friday to "live head" their gardens and to assist with food preparation earlier in the week. Polly and Sharon have volunteered to help in Herman & Alice's garden/ Marie at the Marlette's. Rebecca has neighbors who will help. Speaker Transportation
